Applications
To apply for one of our luxury townhomes or apartments, you will need to create an account with Cozy.co. Creating an account is free and easy, and will speed up the application process. Your Cozy account can also be used for making rent payments or maintenance requests in the future.
Simply click the link below to get started.
You will be presented with a sign up screen from Cozy.co. Enter your email address and select "I'm a renter" to begin your account.
After Confirming your account and logging in, select "Create Your Profile" under the heading Applying to Rentals.
Complete your profile. Once you're finished, you'll be presented with a summary screen like the one below. Click the "Share Profile" button in the top right corner.
On the Share Renter Profile page, add the email address "info@foxtownhomes.com" as the landlord email address. Please indicate whether you're interested in our 2 or 3 bedroom townhomes in the text box below. Check the agreement at the bottom and click "Share Your Profile".
Your application is now submitted. We will be in contact with you shortly regarding the availability of the townhomes you're interested in.
